How to put a heart steering wheel cover？

I love steering wheel covers. You can use them as a conversation starter with your fellow drivers, and it’s a great way to add some color to your car’s interior. Repeat with another piece of tape at the other end of your heart, making sure that both ends are secure and not sticking to anything else or any part of your steering wheel cover (or itself).
